User tokens only (authorization_code or refresh_token grant): sub is the pairwise subject this app sees for the player (stable per app, unlinkable across apps, never a player id); display_name is present with profile.basic.read and null otherwise. An app token answers 403 USER_TOKEN_REQUIRED. A revoked consent answers 403 CONSENT_REVOKED on the next call.
